Tony’s Foodland’s Cafeteria Plan is voluntary and is designed for use with Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Service Code.

 

A Section 125 “Cafeteria” Plan allows employees to pay for certain benefits with pre‐tax dollars. As a result, the employee’s taxable income decreases, and their take-home pay increases.
